INFORMATION

Our online courses are the same internationally recognised and renowned Merrithew courses that we offer in-studio. We have taken the content that we teach in-studio and adapted it to make it more accessible to an online audience. 

We have capped the number of participants to 12 per course, to ensure an interactive and engaging experience with a focus on individual attention and feedback. The course runs over a longer period than the in-studio option as we only teach online for a maximum of 3.5 hours a day – limiting Zoom exhaustion and optimising engagement. 

Once you have completed the course, you will have 6 months in which to complete the exam, which has a theory and a practical component. The exam can be completed in-studio or online. 

STOTT PILATES INTENSIVE MAT COURSE

MATERIALS: R2750 (includes 2 manuals: Comprehensive Mat manual & Mat/Reformer Support Materials book) excludes courier costs

Days off: Saturday 20/07 and Sunday 21/07

Monday 22 July – Friday 26 July

Time: 12pm – 4pm daily

*everyday includes a 30 minute break
