THE UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTION

This package entitles you to unlimited Barre, Mat, Fit Flow and Cardio Sculpt classes for one month from the date of purchase. This package does not include Reformer/ Pilates Chair classes. The subscription package AUTO-RENEWS every month, facilitated by PayFast on the card that you load on your original payment. The minimum signup period for this subscription is 6-months, after which you can cancel anytime (and it will cancel from your next payment run).

To guarantee your space, you need to book your place in class. Once you have purchased this package, it will be added to your MindBody account and you can schedule your classes via the MindBody app or on the “schedule” tab on our website. Please note that we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all in-studio group classes. A R100 late cancellation fee will be charged on all late cancels & no-shows. Your MindBody account will be suspended until your cancellation fee is settled.

Please allow an hour for this purchase to reflect on your MindBody account. All Mat and Barre packages can be used across both our Sea Point and Claremont studios.

This package cannot be paused, but can be converted to unlimited online if you are travelling/ unable to come into the studio for a period during the month. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable (between packages/ people). The Unlimited Subscription price increases once a year on the 1st of November by 9%. Unlimited packages do not include Reformer classes. The Movement Lab does not have access to your card/ payment details. This information is encrypted by Woocommerce and stored by them. If your payment bounces, PayFast will continue to retry the transaction and your package will be suspended until payment is successful. To change you payment method/ cancel your subscription (after the 6 month minimum signup period), you can log into your account on our website and follow the prompts under “My Account” –> “Subscriptions”.
