What are the shipping options?
You can choose to collect your package from our studios in Sea Point or Claremont. Our collection windows are every weekday from 8am – 2pm. If you would like to collect out of the specified windows, please email jessica@themovementlab.co.za and we can set that up.
Alternatively, you can have it delivered to your door for R95.
Where does The Movement Lab deliver to?
We deliver throughout South Africa. We do not ship internationally yet but this is something we’re working on!
How long will my package take to arrive?
Shipping to all major centres in South Africa takes 3-5 business days. If you’re in an outlying area, it may take a little longer, but we will keep you up to date every step of the way.
If you need your package urgently, please email us at jessica@themovementlab.co,za and we’ll try our best to set this up.
RETURNS
BECAUSE SOMETIMES, SHIT HAPPENS.
We endeavour to make and source the highest quality merchandise and Pilates props that we have tested ourselves for years. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
We will accept returns on merchandise and props for up to 10 days after purchase, and provided that the items are in their original packaging and condition.

We unfortunately do not process any returns on Pilates class packages.
