The Beginner Barre Series

This is a series of 5 Beginner Barre classes, ranging from 45 – 60 minutes each. These classes aim to equip you with the building blocks of Barre and strengthen your body three-dimensionally. We slow the pace down in these classes and take you back to the basics, emphasising breath and precision.

These classes can be repeated as many times as you like. They will always be there for you to revert to when you feel like a slower pace or to brush up on technique. Once you have purchased this series, you will be emailed your unique links to download your classes as well as a 4-week calendar with a suggested program to follow to progress through these classes.
