This is a 60-minute class using a slider and hand weights. Ankle weights are optional. We used the ankle weights on our wrists in the beginning and then moved them to the ankles. If you don’t have sliders at home, you could use slippery socks/ paper plates as an alternative. This class is a great combination of strength and cardio. Once purchased, you can stream this class as many times as you like via your unique link that gets sent to your with your order confirmation.
