In the Step Intensive, you will learn 2 choreographed sequences for the cardio introduction. These sequences are easy to follow and build up to a full body flow, designed to elevate the heart rate get the blood pumping! After the cardio sequences, you will use the step as a functional prop during the strength series, where we will add hand weights to increase resistance. This class can be done without a step.
